- ✔ Dedicated Operations team in place to handle all maintenance related issues
- ✔ All suppliers’ compliance certificates are actively monitored
- ✔ Engage with contractors to carry out necessary quotes
- ✔ Seek multiple quotes when required for Committee decision
- ✔ Arrange for minor repairs (within approved $TBA) with Committee’s approval
- ✔ Contractors engaged pursuant to pre-approved parameters
- ✔ Complete task order system maintained for all property work
- ✔ Provide guidance to Owners Corporation in fulfilling legal duties
- ✔ Prepare and distribute Committee meeting Notices, Agendas & Minutes
- ✔ Conduct Committee Electronic ballots as required
- ✔ Electronic voting included for owners and committee members
- ✔ Attend, convene & arrange special/extraordinary general meetings as needed
