At Corestrata, we believe that effective strata management goes beyond paperwork and remote coordination. That’s why we offer one complimentary site visit per year for each Owners Corporation under our management — at no additional cost.
This visit allows our management team to assess your property firsthand, helping us better understand the unique features, challenges, and needs of your building. During the visit, we:
- Inspect common areas for maintenance or complience concerns
- Discuss any ongoing or unresolved operational issues with committee members or residents
- Engage directly with contractors if required for quotes or assessments
- Ensure any previously reported matters have been appropriately addressed
